Animals are instinctual and intuitive. They feel when we feel. Even when I am across the room my dogs immediately come to me if I start to cry silently.
My cat Nibbles demanded Reiki. At times I would walk by him and he would roar at me, grab my hand and pull it down to him, asking for Reiki. He laid quietly, his serene eyes looking into mine as I gave him a session.
